All payments must be made in the currency specified on the payment page. Users are responsible for any transaction fees imposed by their payment provider or bank.


2. Subscription Plans and Services

Automatic Renewal:

  • Premium subscriptions are billed on a recurring quarterly basis.
  • You agree to the automatic renewal of your subscription at the end of each billing cycle, unless you cancel it before the renewal date.
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings, but cancellation will only take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

3. Trial Period

We may offer a free trial of premium services. If not canceled before the end of the trial period, your subscription will automatically convert into a paid subscription, and you will be charged according to the chosen plan.


4. Refund Policy

Non-Refundable Services:

  • All subscription payments, once made, are non-refundable.
  • Fees for any premium services (such as membership, profile promotion, or premium messaging) are non-refundable.

Exception to Refund Policy:

We may issue refunds in the following circumstances:

  • Technical Error: If a technical issue on our platform causes you to be charged multiple times or if the service was not delivered as described due to a system malfunction, a refund may be processed after a thorough review.
  • Unauthorized Charges: If you can provide evidence that a payment was made fraudulently or without your permission, we will investigate and refund if deemed appropriate.

No Refunds for Dissatisfaction:

We do not offer refunds if you are dissatisfied with the service, do not find a suitable match, or wish to terminate your account before the end of your subscription period.


5. Subscription Cancellations

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings.
  • Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and you will retain access to premium services until that time. No prorated refunds will be provided for the remaining period of your subscription.

6. Refund Request Process

To request a refund (if eligible), you must:

  2. Provide the details of the transaction, including payment receipt and reason for the refund request.
  3. Refund requests must be made within 3 working of the transaction date.

Refunds (if approved) will be processed back to the original payment method within 15 days after approval.


7. Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute regarding a payment, we encourage you to first contact our support team to resolve the issue. If the dispute remains unresolved, it will be handled in accordance with the dispute resolution section of our Terms of Service.


8. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Payment and Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and it is your responsibility to review the policy periodically. Continued use of the service after changes to this policy constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
